1. Application
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the online store operated by Jonan Studio (“we,” “us,” the “Service”). By placing an order through the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders and formation of contract
A purchase contract is formed at the moment your payment is successfully processed through our checkout.
3. Price and shipping

4. Payment method
We accept credit card payment only, processed via Stripe.
5. Delivery, returns, and exchanges

All content on the Service, including logos, photographs, text, and design, is the property of Jonan Studio or its rightful owners, and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
