Shipping rates
Domestic (Japan): free for orders of ¥5,000 or more; otherwise ¥700. International: free for orders of ¥10,000 or more; otherwise ¥1,500.
Delivery timing
Domestic (Japan): shipped within 3–5 business days of your order. International: shipped within 2 weeks of your order. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number when one is available.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of a manufacturing defect, and only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference (e.g. size or color).
